Important annuity product changes from FGL

The following product updates apply to any Prosperity Elite® series and Safe Income Plus® applications that are not funded and in good order prior to January 29, 2015.

Prosperity Elite 7* • Enhancement package

• The charge for the Guaranteed Minimum Death Benefit (GMDB) rider will change to 50 bps

• Protection package

• The charge for the Enhanced Guaranteed Minimum Withdrawal Benefit (EGMWB) rider will change to 80bps
• The charge for the Enhanced Guaranteed Minimum Death Benefit (EGMDB) rider will change to 50 bps

Prosperity Elite 10* • Enhancement package

• The vesting premium bonus will change to 3% for issue ages 0-75 and 1.5% for issue ages 76+
• The charge for the GMDB rider will change to 50 bps

• Protection package

• The vesting premium bonus will change to 6% for issue ages 0-75 and 3% for issue ages 76+
• The charge for the EGMWB rider will change to 80bps
• The charge for the EGMDB rider will change to 50 bps

Prosperity Elite 14* • Enhancement package

• The vesting premium bonus will change to 4% for issue ages 0-75 and 2% for issue ages 76+
• The charge for the GMDB rider will change to 50 bps

• Protection package

• The vesting premium bonus will change to 7% for issue ages 0-75 and 3.5% for issue ages 76+
• The charge for the EGMWB rider will change to 80bps
• The charge for the EGMDB rider will change to 50 bps

Safe Income Plus

• The vesting premium bonus will change to 7%
